This brand new condo was purchase in August 2017. it is fully furnished and decorated with a Caribbean style by an interior designer. This penthouse offers you the best option for a family vacation. The master bedroom have a balcony with two chairs to enjoy the free air outside, walking closet, ceiling fan, a safe, A/c and all the linens are provided. The second bedroom have a twin size bed and two bump beds for the kids. The living room have a 40″ Tv with cable tv and private internet. The sofa is a sofa bed to have extra company and a lovely balcony with is facing the pool. There are screens in all the windows and doors and the kitchen is fully equipped. The private roof top terrace is located not he fourth floor and you can see there to have a lovely dinner outside or watch the sunset.
Sol tropical residential its located 5 minutes walk to Bavaro beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, grocery store and the beach.

High Season: US$115 per night, US$1800 per month, Starting on December 1st – April 30.
Limited Special Offer: US$70 per night, US$1350 per month. Starting on June 1 – October 31.
