I live in Punta Cana full time, and would love to share my country with you. This condo is only 1 block away from the beach, and has one of the most impressive pools in Bavaro.
Welcome to my little piece of paradise! This is a new condo that's right in the heart of where all the action is. You're only 1 block away from the beach, and within walking distance of the majority of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Although there are only 2 bedrooms, this condo can easily accommodate 4 guests. The dinning room table also seats 6, so there is plenty of room for eating as well. Although, this condo comes fully furnished including an ocean breeze, air conditioning is not necessary, but it is always available. We hope to see you soon!
You have complete access to the entire house. In addition to the condo, you also have complete access to the swimming pool and all common areas.
Electricity is not included in the rental price. This is an EXTRA fee and will be paid at checkout. We read your meter upon your arrival, and at your departure. You pay ONLY for the electricity used. It's also necessary to send me your flight information (airline and flight #) before your arrival. Knowing this, I can better coordinate and be prepared when you arrive and leave.
