You have complete access to the entire house. In addition to the condo, you also have complete access to the swimming pool and all common areas.
Electricity is not included in the rental price. This is an EXTRA fee and will be paid at checkout. We read your meter upon your arrival, and at your departure. You pay ONLY for the electricity used.
* For hot water, turn on the switch in the hall between the bedrooms (turn off when finished to conserve electricity)
* Where to call for water. The large bottle is called a ‘botellon’; be sure to mention this or they’ll bring smaller bottled water that doesn’t fit on the dispenser.
* Local markets will deliver water, beer, groceries for a very small fee (list the numbers)
